关于电源模块测试之反复开关机测试方法

开关电源的性能和工作状态,用来衡量开关电源的稳定性、质量和可靠性。反复开关机测试的具体操作步骤如下:
1. 输入电压为220v,开关电源带最大负载,用接触器控制电压输入,合15s,断开5s,连续运行2小时,检测开关电源工作状态;
2. 输入电压为过压点-5v,开关电源带最大负载,用接触器控制电压输入,合15s,断开5s,连续运行2小时,检测开关电源工作状态;
3. 输入电压为欠压点-5v,开关电源带最大负载,用接触器控制电压输入,合15s,断开5s,连续运行2小时,检测开关电源工作状态。
在测试过程中和测试结束后开关电源若都能工作正常,性能无明显变化,则说明开关电源是合格的。
由于开关电源反复开关机测试需要不停的开机和关机,而且运行时间长,手动测试过程就会比较繁琐,测试时间也长,测试效率低。因此,反复开关机测试适合以自动化的方式进行测试,可以简化测试程序,极大提高测试效率,节省测试时间,降低测试成本。
